Golf Tournament

Have you dusted off those clubs and been practicing your swing? Great, because the 47th Annual Conference & AGM  Golf Tournament is taking place this September!

Date: September 7th, 2010

Location: Fairwinds Golf Club, 3730 Fairwinds Drive, Nanoose Bay

Time:  11:00am Registration and Lunch Burger Buffet
           12:00pm Shotgun Start (Scramble format)

Cost to participate: $70 per person

Fee includes:

  • Green Fee (18 Holes)
  • Shared Power Cart
  • Lunch Burger Buffet (Choice of Beef, Chicken or Portabella Mushroom burgers)

  • Club rentals are also available at $25+HST per set

If you have decided to partake in some celebratory libations, please note that transportation will be provided at the end of the tournament to transfer delegates back to the hotels.

Registration for the golf tournament will be available through Conference & AGM registration process which will be up and running soon.

Terms:
Any cancellations received after submitting your registration are subject to a $20 administration fee and any cancellations made after August 24th will be charged in full. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be confirmed by the event coordinator.

Participants may transfer their registration to another player at any time. Please contact the event coordinator to make this arrangement.
