Annual Travel and Tourism Auction Fundraiser
Every year, Tourism Vancouver Island conducts an Annual Travel and Tourism Auction Fundraiser to raise funds toward increasing marketing initiatives for the economic benefit of our stakeholders! Invite tourism professionals to discover your Product and utilize this opportunity to showcase your company or organization to over 100 industry professionals!

Our Commitment to You
All donations receive recognition throughout the entire conference:
- Donation listing in the Auction catalogue distributed to all delegates
- Recognition in scrolling slideshow presentation during the event
- Recognition on the auction donation webpage linked to your website.
- Recognition on Tourism Vancouver Island’s social media outlets.
- TAVI will contribute a flip camera to the first two packages submitted that are valued over $1500 and include an activity and accommodation. Footage taken by the highest bidder enjoying your contribution will be provided to you, as well as posted on our Facebook page for added publicity
Please Note
- Due to print deadlines we must receive your auction donation by September 13th, 2011. If we have not received your item by this date it will not be included in the auction booklet.
- Tourism Vancouver Island will determine the order of closing.
Tourism Vancouver Island may package your donation with other items donated.
